Agrimontana Candied Fruit
Agrimontana was created with the core purpose of providing to pastry chefs semi-finished product (candied-fruits in particular), that the artisan baker was no longer able to produce himself, due to the excessive amount of work required and growing labor costs, whilst retaining the features of artisanal production. The historical product is the candied chestnut, together with the candied orange peel "cube", true pillars of the AGRIMONTANA tradition, the authentic bulwarks against the barbarism of primitive industrial production techniques that contributes to demean wonderful products, often rendering them "unwanted" by the consumer.
