This story starts like this: in a basement of a small Venetian village, Quinto di Treviso, with two buckets full of milk and the fire to heat the spinning water. The first customers were the pizzerias of Treviso, and the mozzarella was "tested" directly in the family pizzeria (pizza restaurant), which took the place of the renowned trattoria that Bruna, Tarcisio’s wife, started several years before. Bit by bit, the loop got bigger and our mozzarella expanded to the pizzerias of Jesolo on the nearby Adriatic coast.
