In 1988 Michele Olanda and his wife Carmela Fucci, milkmen and farmers in Andria, set up Olanda’s cheese factory devoting their life to handicraft cheese products.
Since then, Olanda’s family devotes with total care and fervor to milk processing respecting the tradition and picking up the best ingredients.
It makes no matter how much is produced but how it is produced, putting the greatest care and dedication toward product and customer.“The greatest quality in small production” is the main aim of Olanda’s culture and tradition.
