IL PARCO
The company IL PARCO was born in San Giovanni Rotondo (FG) ITALY, in the territory of the Gargano National Park, in the mid-90s and is specialized in the production of buffalo milk and its transformation into Mozarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
The buffalo mozzarella from "IL PARCO" is DOP because it is produced in a territory that for its geographic, historic and traditional characteristics merits be safeguarding and protecting. This task is done by the consortium "Mozzarella di Bufala Campana", which has the goal to guarantee the authenticity and geographic origins of the mozzarella cheese.
