Alba hazelnut cake was born in 2014 from the selection of only the highest quality ingredients. Three-Michelin starred chef Enrico Crippa added his innate talent to develop a recipe that embraces the local tradition. The result is a fluffy cake and delicious, totally devoid of flour.
