Fiori d’Arancio is made with pasteurized cow’s milk and refined with raisin wine Fior d’Arancio DOCG. The refined blue cheese tastes sweet, slightly salty. The molds are mitigated by the intense smell of the wine, very long with notes of mature fruits.
