Italy creates some of the finest wines and cheeses in the world, and one of the best ways to enjoy them is together. We were happy to join the Italian Wine & Cheese tasting at the Gallery last week. We had selected some of the best cheeses from the region Sardinia, Sicily and Piedmont, to match with the wines from the same regions, offered guests an impressive way to discover more about the perfect combinations.
