Our Australian Black truffle is in season now. The truffles grow in the Southern Forests of Manjimup, Western Australia, which has the perfect condition for cultivating truffles. The season is now until September.
There are two sizes of truffle, which you can choose.
-1st Class (Whole)
-2nd Class (Small Pieces)
The name of the truffle is called Tuber Melanosporum. They are edible fungi that grow on the roots of oak and hazelnut trees.
