Since 1960 it produce, with care and attention, the Apulian appetizers, made with artichokes, mushrooms, olives and other goodies from our fertile land.
The appetizers produced are come from tradition and need to store the product in the harvest season, but above all a true passion, the result of deep roots.
All our products comply with the rules ranging from the location of productive land in relation to seasonality of produce, the finding of residues of plant protection, to environmental and consumer health. Each production batch is inspected by its laboratory and controls the raw materials from the campaign Tavoliere.
